Nothing. Campus Sense has no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. We never see your notes, your photos, or how you use the app.
Your visit notes and photos are saved locally on your device using standard on-device storage. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else. If you delete the app, that information is removed with it.
If you attach a photo to a campus space, the app uses your camera or photo library only to save that image on your device, inside the app. Photos are never transmitted anywhere.
The only time your information leaves your device is when you tap Share or Copy to send your own visit record — for example, emailing it to your counselor. You choose what to send, to whom, and when. Nothing is shared automatically, and one person's notes are never shared with another.
Campus Sense is designed for students and families. Because the app collects no information and transmits nothing on its own, no personal data is gathered from any user, including students under 18.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
